Planting over structure needs engineering underneath.

Podiums and terraces are roofs in construction terms. We build them on ELMICH drainage cells laid over a root barrier and tested waterproofing, after a structural check of the slab.

Yes. Our in-house architects plan layout, drainage, lighting and irrigation together, and we install automatic systems.

Yes. Podiums and terraces are built as green roofs, on drainage cells over a root barrier and tested waterproofing, after a structural check.

Do you maintain the landscape after handover?

Yes, under a landscape AMC with scheduled gardener visits and supervisor checks.
