Careers at Vertvista.

We design, build and look after green walls, landscapes and office plants in seven cities, with our own teams. These are the roles we are hiring for now.

Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator, Corporate Client Projects

Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad. Full-time.

Take projects for corporate clients from enquiry to handover: mostly indoor plants and planters for office floors, with outdoor landscaping and annual maintenance. You run the sites in your city and coordinate other cities through our local teams.

You will

BOQs and client presentations
Purchase-order checks, material and manpower planning
Site meetings, handover documents and billing papers
A project tracker kept up to date every day

Good to have

Quantities from AutoCAD drawings
Experience with plants, planters or landscaping, or interior fit-outs
English and Hindi; Marathi or Telugu helps in Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad

Landscape & Biophilic Designer

Mumbai. Full-time.

Design planting and biophilic concepts for offices and campuses, working with our execution team and visiting sites during installation.

You will

Planting plans and plant palettes
Indoor green walls and planter layouts
3D views and client presentations
Quantities for the BOQ

Good to have

AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop; Lumion, Enscape or Revit helps
A portfolio of planting or landscape work
Plant choices for low-light, air-conditioned interiors

Site Supervisor, Landscape & Horticulture

Pune. Full-time.

Lead our gardener teams at corporate offices and IT campuses across Pune, from Hinjewadi to Kharadi and Magarpatta. A field role with daily travel between sites.

You will

Keep indoor plants, gardens and green walls healthy
Support planting and installation jobs
Arrange cover when a gardener is absent
Send daily site reports with photos

Good to have

Your own two-wheeler and a driving licence
Drip-irrigation repairs, fertiliser and pest-control schedules
Marathi, Hindi and some English

Site Engineer, Facade Green Wall (6-month contract)

Ahmedabad. 6-month contract, may become full-time.

Run a large facade green-wall project near Ahmedabad: a steel framework fixed to an existing building, followed by mesh, irrigation and planting. Joining within 10 days.

You will

Check fabrication at the vendor's shop
Run erection on site
Survey, levels and site records
Coordinate mesh, irrigation and planting after the steel

Good to have

Steel fabrication and erection checks: welds, paint thickness, mill certificates
Chemical anchors and pull-out tests
A total station or auto level
Work on scaffolding above 10 m
