Can you work to our consultant's specification?
Yes. We build to the specification and approved makes, and where a make cannot arrive in time we propose an equivalent for approval.
What documents do you submit?
Shop drawings, data sheets, method statements, inspection and test plans and risk assessments before work starts, and as-built drawings and care instructions at handover.
Can you work at height on a live site?
Yes. Our crews work from BMUs or scaffolding under the site’s safety rules and permits. At Prestige 101, BKC we installed walls about 79 m high from the BMU while the site was still under construction.
Who looks after the planting before and after handover?
We can: through the defects liability period, and after that under an AMC with the society or the facility manager.
Can we see a sample or mock-up first?
Yes. Material samples for every package, and full-size mock-up bays or panels on site for facades.
Do you work outside Mumbai?
Yes. We have our own teams in seven cities, and larger projects elsewhere in India are run by our project teams.
