Spec text you can paste
Written to keep your tender open: each clause names what matters and ends with “or approved equivalent”.
Living green wall
Living green wall: modular panel system with plants, fixed to the wall or to a freestanding frame, with drip irrigation built into the panels and run by an automatic controller; soil-moisture and tank-level sensing where specified. Plants selected for the light at the site, with grow lighting where daylight is not enough. Supply, installation and an annual maintenance contract (AMC) with scheduled visits, plant replacement as agreed and a service log after each visit. Make: Vertvista, or ELMICH VersiWall supplied by Vertvista, or approved equivalent.
Green wallsGreen facade (cable net)
Green facade: climbing plants in planters with pressure-compensating drip irrigation, one valve per zone, on automatic controllers, trained on an AISI 316 stainless-steel cable net or wire-rope trellis (with mill certificates) held 50 to 200 mm off the building face on wall points anchored to the structural frame, not the cladding. Rope tensions and bolt torques recorded and handed over with the as-built drawings. Structural check by the project's structural consultant. Make: Vertvista or approved equivalent.
Green facadesGreen roof or podium garden
Green roof: build-up over a waterproofing membrane that has passed a water (ponding) test, comprising a root barrier and protection layer, drainage cells, filter fabric and a lightweight growing medium of about 60 to 150 mm (extensive), 150 to 300 mm (semi-intensive) or 300 mm and more (intensive), with drip irrigation on automatic controllers. Saturated load to be confirmed by the structural engineer before design. Drainage cells: ELMICH VersiCell supplied by Vertvista, or approved equivalent.
Green roofsPreserved moss wall
Preserved moss wall for interiors: preserved reindeer, flat and/or ball moss of European origin on a backing panel, in colours from the approved palette; no irrigation, lighting or soil. Not for outdoor areas, wet areas or direct sun. Make: Vertvista or approved equivalent.
Moss wallsFRP and FRC planters
Planters: fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) or fibre-reinforced concrete (FRC) planters to the sizes, colours and finishes in the drawings, with self-watering inserts and logo or brand colours where specified. Make: Vertvista (manufactured in Mumbai) or approved equivalent.
PlantersPlant care and AMC
Plant care: annual maintenance contract by a city-based gardener team with a supervisor for the account; visit frequency set by the plant schedule and site conditions; watering where needed, irrigation checks, pruning, feeding and replacements as agreed; a service log after every visit and response to service requests within 48 hours. Contractor: Vertvista or approved equivalent.
Plant care & AMCWhat binds and what does not. Binding: the system type, AISI 316 stainless steel for facades, automatic irrigation, the waterproofing test and structural checks, and the maintenance scope. Indicative: plant species, depths, spacings and layouts, which we confirm after a site visit.
